Where Experience Meets Creativity
Giving You Clarity, Time, and Results
Based in Bedfordshire and working with clients across the UK, I’m Rachel Clarke — a Virtual Assistant and Online Business Manager with a background that’s anything but ordinary.
Whether you need hands-on admin support, help managing a complex project, or a strategic partner to take the operational weight off your shoulders, I’m here to make it happen. You may need business development guidance, holiday cover for an operations manager, or simply a reliable pair of hands for those tasks that keep piling up. Whatever it looks like for you, I’ll help you reach your goals.
My path to becoming a VA and Online Business Manager started with nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare and well-being, spanning both the private sector and the NHS. I’ve worn many hats throughout my career — clinical roles, operations management, service improvement, project management, and teaching and mentoring junior staff. That breadth of experience means I don’t just understand the admin side of business; I understand how organisations actually work.
But then my journey took a transformative turn. Life-changing experiences shifted my perspective and inspired me to channel my skills into something new — bringing everything I’d learned into a Virtual Assistant and Online Business Manager practice with a real difference.
For years, people have described me as inspiring and motivating, often recognising my natural ability to help others thrive. I’m a huge advocate for personal and career development — and now I bring that passion and purpose to support your success, whether you’re a small business owner in Bedfordshire or a growing company anywhere in the UK.
