Based in Bedfordshire and working with clients across the UK, I’m Rachel Clarke. I help wellbeing and aesthetics businesses run as beautifully behind the scenes as they look out front — so you can spend less time wrestling with admin and more time doing what you trained for.

Here’s what makes me different: I’m not watching your world from the outside. I work in it too. Alongside supporting other businesses, I’m building my own therapy practice — so I know exactly what your week looks like. The no-shows. The booking juggle. The pile of admin that waits until everyone’s gone home. When I help you sort it, I’m not guessing — I’ve lived it.

My path here started with nearly 20 years in healthcare and wellbeing, across both the NHS and the private sector. I’ve worn a lot of hats — clinical roles, operations management, service improvement, project management, and mentoring teams. That breadth means I don’t just tidy your inbox; I understand how a small wellbeing business actually works, where it leaks time and money, and how to fix it.

So whether you need someone to take bookings and reminders off your plate, set up systems that run themselves, lend a hand with a project, or simply be a reliable pair of hands for the jobs that keep piling up — I’m here to make it happen.

My own journey took a transformative turn a few years ago. Life-changing experiences shifted my perspective and inspired me to bring everything I’d learned into something new — supporting others with genuine care and purpose.
